Not a gym. A Society.

A private performance club for people who hold the rest of their life to the same standard. Coaching, recovery and community — kept deliberately small.

01 The Society

Built for the pursuit of better.

Apex Society is not organised around equipment. It is organised around people who intend to be exceptional for a long time.

Marylebone, W1 Floor 01 — Strength

We opened in 2019 with a single conviction: serious people deserve a serious room. Everything since — the faculty, the floor plan, the quiet — follows from it.

Membership is capped at 320. Not as a marketing device, but because coaching quality collapses at scale.

  • iExcellenceThe standard is not relative. It is the standard.
  • iiDisciplineWe build habits that survive a difficult quarter.
  • iiiCommunityAmbition is contagious. We seat it together.
  • ivInnovationWe adopt what is proven, never what is merely new.
  • vWell-beingRecovery is programmed, never left to willpower.
  • viPerformanceEvery intervention is measured, or it is removed.

02 Achievements

Proof, not promises.

A record kept the way we keep our members' — in numbers, reviewed every quarter and published whether or not they flatter us.

In their own words.

Most of our members prefer discretion. These three agreed to be named.

I have trained in nine cities. Apex is the first club that treated my calendar with the same seriousness as my numbers.

05 Enquiries

Before you think to ask.

The six questions our membership office answers most often, without the marketing.

Admission is by referral from a current member or by direct application. Both routes include a 45-minute conversation and a physical assessment before any offer is made. We are looking for fit, not volume.

Usually. Because the roll is capped at 320, places open only as members leave. The current wait runs six to ten weeks, and referred applicants are seen first.

All group programming, the functional and strength floors, the recovery lounge, the members' lounge and café, and a quarterly assessment with your named coach. Personal training and nutrition coaching are billed separately.

Two guest passes each quarter, weekdays before 16:00. The lounge and café are open to a member plus one at any time.

Yes, from four seats upward, with named holders rather than a shared pass. Each seat still goes through the standard assessment.

05:30 to 22:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 20:00 at weekends. The recovery lounge runs by reservation so the room is never crowded.
